  • Our prices are clearly listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and VAT will be added at checkout if applicable.
  • We update product prices as soon as our suppliers notify us, ensuring fair and accurate rates.

Payment and Order Processing

  • We accept most major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
  • Once your payment and shipping details are complete, we’ll get to work on your order right away.
  • If something you’ve ordered isn’t available, we will let you know promptly and help you find the best solution.
  • To keep things simple, we reserve items only once payment is received.

Delivery

  • For in-stock items, we aim to ship your order within 2 working days.
  • If an item isn’t in stock, we’ll send it as soon as it arrives from our supplier and use your chosen delivery method.
  • Occasionally, larger or special orders may be shipped straight from the manufacturer for faster service.
  • If an item goes missing in transit, rest assured—refunds or replacements will be processed once the carrier completes their insurance claim (this can take up to 12 weeks), and we’ll keep you updated throughout.

Cancelling Orders and Returns

  • Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and send the goods back for a full refund (we’ll just deduct delivery charges).
  • Simply use our Merchandise Returns page in your account or click here and complete the form to start your return.
  • Items for return should be unused, unopened, and in their original condition except in the case of faulty or incorrect goods.
  • Please pack returned goods safely to avoid damage—any loss in value due to poor packaging may affect your refund or replacement.
  • If you’d like a replacement that costs more, you’ll only pay the difference and any additional postage.
