Shipping Costs and Delivery

  • Standard delivery within Mainland UK starts at just £8.99 + VAT per order.
  • If you’re ordering from elsewhere in the UK/Great Britan, outside Mainland UK, our website will automatically calculate shipping costs at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Enjoy free delivery when you spend £300 or more (including VAT) – available to most Mainland UK addresses. Please note this excludes the Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland, Orkney Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Western Isles, Isle of Man, and Shetland Islands.
  • We don’t currently ship overseas or to P.O. Box addresses.
  • All parcels will need a signature on delivery, so please make sure someone is available.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email. If you don’t receive them, just get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.
  • We’ll always do our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes delays can happen that are beyond our control.
  • If you prefer, you can arrange your own courier at your expense or collect your order from our branch.

Delivery Times

  • For items in stock, we aim to send your order within 2 working days.
  • If something isn’t in stock, we’ll ship your order as soon as we receive it from our supplier, using your chosen delivery method.
  • Sometimes orders may come directly from the manufacturer – usually for larger orders or special items.

Returns

  • Returning an item is simple. Just head to the Merchandise Returns page in your account or click here. Fill in the form and submit it to start the process.
  • Items must be returned in their original sealed packaging and in a resalable condition, unless they’re faulty.
  • Please note, delivery charges aren’t refunded for unwanted items.
  • For lost in transit items, refunds or replacements will only be processed once the carrier has either found and returned the goods to us or settled via their insurance. This can take up to 12 weeks.
